The Cams are located by country and state, and list what city they are in and if they are manual, or streaming. Some of these cams are not public domain cams. (i.e. they are not normally accessible)

Some are private, and other are business. Occasionally, some people get tired of people accessing their cams, and put a password to access them. From time to time these cams go down, and you will not be able to load them.

Others just take a minute or two to fully load due to the connection that they use, and the connection that you use, plus the distance of the country that the cam is in. Keep in mind if you see a black or dark screen, take in account that country or states time zone. It may be night time there.

If you come to a site that has a non moving image, hit your browsers refresh button to update it.

From time to time I will add a cam site, or make a note of a cam site that has not been up in a while. Just because a cam Link says Cam Down , click it to find out if it is down. It may have came back up, and was down the day I checked it. If a link is down for more than 3 months, then I’ll remove it.

Finally, Make sure you have the most recent JAVA plugin or active X. The majority of the cam links were Identified through IP location.
They may be in that city, or they may not , depending where the server is. To get back to the list page, click your back button in your browser. Enjoy your trip around the world by cam.
